மாணாக்கர்களுக்கான அறிவுரைகள்
1. ஓவிய போட்டிக்கு தேவையான A3 sheet தேர்வு மையத்தில் கொடுக்கப்படும்
2. ஓவிய போட்டிக்குத் தேவையான மற்ற உபகரணங்கள் அனைத்தையும் மாணாக்கர்கள் கொண்டு வர வேண்டும்
3. ஓவிய போட்டிக்கான முன்பதிவு www.gerc.in and then REGISTRATION FORM என்ற வெப்சைட் மூலமாக மட்டுமே பதியப்படும்
4. முன்பதிவிட்ட மாணவர்களுக்கான ஹால் டிக்கெட்,பதிவு செய்த WhatsApp எண்ணிற்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படும்
5. ஓவிய போட்டித் தேர்வுக்கு ஹால் டிக்கெட் உள்ள மாணாக்கர்கள் மட்டுமே அனுமதிக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
6 ஓவிய போட்டித்தேர்வு 2.2.2025 அன்று காலை 10:30 மணி முதல் 12 மணி வரை நடைபெறும்
7. ஓவியப போட்டித்தேர்வுக்கு காலை 10AM முதல் மாணாக்கர்கள் அனுமதிக்கப்படுவார்கள். 10:30 AM மேல் வரும் மாணாக்கர்களுக்கு அனுமதி இல்லை
8. ஓவியப்போட்டிக்கான முடிவுகளை அதற்காக அமைக்கப்பட்ட பிரத்தியேக கமிட்டி அறிவிக்கும். அத்தகவல்கள் மாணாக்கர்களுக்கு பின்னர் அறிவிக்கப்படும்.
9 தேர்வு கமிட்டியின் முடிவே இறுதியானது
Students Instructions
1. A3 sheet required for painting competition will be given at the examination centre.
2. Students should bring all other necessary equipment for the drawing competition.
3. Registering for drawing competition will be done through website www.gerc.in and then click Registration Form.
4. Hall tickets for pre-registered students will be sent to their respective WhatsApp number.
5. Students who have hall ticket will be allowed to appear for drawing competition.
6. Drawing competition examination will be held on 2.2.2025 from 10:30 AM to 12 PM.
7. Students will be admitted for the drawing competition from 10AM in the morning. Students arriving after 10:30 AM are not allowed.
8. The results of the drawing competition will be announced by a special committee constituted for the purpose. The details will be communicated to the students later.
9. The decision of the selection committee is final
