Rules & Regulations

1. Applicants must submit complete, accurate, and truthful information in the application form.
2. Supporting documents for achievements, qualifications, experience, or service shall be submitted wherever applicable.
3. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection for any award.
4. The decision of the GERC Award Selection Committee shall be final and binding on all applicants.
5. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in the rejection, cancellation, or withdrawal of the award.
6. Awardees shall uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, professionalism, and social responsibility.
7. GERC reserves the right to verify all information and supporting documents submitted by applicants.
8. Selected awardees shall cooperate in providing photographs, profiles, and other information for publication and promotional purposes.
9. GERC reserves the right to amend the award categories, eligibility criteria, Rules and Regulations, or event schedule whenever deemed necessary.
10. An award may be withdrawn if misconduct, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity is discovered before or after selection.
11. Applicants and awardees shall uphold the dignity, values, and reputation of GERC and show due respect to fellow participants.
12. By submitting an application, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all GERC Rules and Regulations.

Awardee Oath & Declaration

I solemnly affirm that I shall uphold the values of honesty, integrity, excellence, and service to humanity. I will use my knowledge, skills, and experience for the betterment of society and for the advancement of education, research, innovation, and public welfare. I shall uphold ethical standards, promote peace, equality, and inclusiveness, and inspire future generations through my conduct and service. I accept this honour with humility and pledge to uphold the dignity, reputation, and ideals of the Global Educational Research Council (GERC). I dedicate myself to lifelong learning, responsible leadership, and meaningful service to society.

I hereby declare that I have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily accepted all the Rules and Regulations governing the GERC Global Awards – 2026. I further certify that all the information and supporting documents submitted by me are true, authentic, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.

I understand that this award is granted solely on the basis of the information and documents submitted by me. Should any information or document be found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent, or should any dispute arise concerning my application or the award, the Global Educational Research Council (GERC) reserves the right to reject, suspend, withdraw, or cancel the award and to initiate appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with the applicable laws.
